Within the framework of the health departments activities under the City of Penjwen for Learning program, another First Aid training course was successfully conducted on Wednesday, 10/1/2025. The course lasted for seven training hours and was delivered by certified trainers Seyran Ali and Sara Ahmad, covering all the essential packages and modules of basic first aid. Organizers emphasized that the training was not limited to medical graduates alone; rather, it was open to all community members, thereby promoting first aid as a vital life skill accessible to everyone. At the conclusion of the course, appreciation was extended to the trainers for their valuable efforts, with special thanks directed to Mr. Luqman Latif, Head of the Health Department of the City of Penjwen for Learning, for his overall supervision and support of this initiative.

Penjwen City 21 September 2025 Dr. Mohammadhani conducted a special training workshop on leadership skills development at Penjwen City of Learning. This four-hour workshop was exclusively dedicated to the members of the Penjwen City of Learning program. The workshop aimed at strengthening the capacities and skills of the programs volunteers, particularly those who have actively participated during the past two years. This initiative is considered part of the ongoing plan for the professional development of staff and volunteers within the framework of the Penjwen City of Learning program.

Penjwen September 21, 2025 Today, Sunday, a special course on the art of macram weaving was launched as part of the "City of Penjwen for Learning" program. The course is conducted under the supervision of Mrs. Karin Fattah as the main instructor. It began this morning at 9:00 a.m. in the hall of the "City of Penjwen for Learning" program, located on the second floor of the Penjwen Public Library. The course will continue for ten days, with daily sessions held from Sunday to Thursday, between 9:00 and 10:30 a.m. The program organizers emphasized that this course represents a golden opportunity for all those interested in learning the art of macram weaving, enabling them to acquire its techniques and produce beautiful and attractive handmade works.

17/9/2025 at the Public Library in the City of Penjwen, was successfully concluded today. This course was carried out seamlessly through the collaboration between the City of Penjwen for Learning Program and the Public Library of Penjwen. The program was delivered by the experienced writer Dara Nuri Aziz and continued for a duration of three weeks. At the conclusion, a certificate of appreciation was presented to the instructor, Mr. Dara Nuri Aziz, and participation certificates were awarded to all trainees.

After Penjwen Learning City Program in collaboration with Malaka Organization and Dr. Mohammadkhani, donated 10 fire extinguishers to Chro Organization for Environmental Protection in Ruansar, East Kurdistan, Chro Organization expressed its gratitude to the managers of Penjwen Learning City Program for this important support.

Penjwen, 10 September 2025 As part of the artistic activities of the Penjwen Learning City program, a one-month special course on learning to play the daf was successfully concluded, providing an important opportunity for the citys residents. The course was conducted in two sections: Womens section from 9:00 10:30 a.m., under the supervision of Ms. Taban Osman. Mens section from 1:30 3:00 p.m., under the supervision of Mr. Hawkar Omar. The training was held twice a week (Sundays and Wednesdays). At the end of the course, Penjwen Learning City presented certificates of appreciation to the instructors, while all participants received certificates of attendance. The Penjwen Learning City program regards such activities as vital steps toward reviving classical traditional arts and passing them on to the new generation.

As part of the efforts to elevate the literary and cultural standing of Penjwen City of Learning, a special conference was convened today, Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 4:00 PM in the Public Library of Penjwen, to commemorate the Kurdish poet and politician Hama Amin Penjweni. This literary event, hosted on the second floor of the Public Library in the Penjwen City of Learning Hall, was attended by a large number of literature enthusiasts and cultural figures of the city, and concluded with notable success. The conference featured the recitation of a selection of poems from the works of Mr. (Hama Amin Penjweni), giving attendees a valuable opportunity to become closely acquainted with the beauty of this distinguished Kurdish poets literary creations. A distinguished highlight of the gathering was the participation of Dr. (Bahman Tahir Nariman), a specialist in Kurdish language, who delivered an in-depth and scholarly analysis of the content and stylistic features of Mr. (Hama Amin Penjweni)s writings. His academic insights shed new light on the poets works, reaffirming their importance and high status within Kurdish literature. This conference is regarded as an important step in promoting literary education and cultural enlightenment among the youth and literature lovers of Penjwen City, as the large turnout reflected a strong desire to sustain and further develop literary activities in the area.

On Sunday, August 31, 2025, the calligraphy training course commenced at the Penjwen Public Library. This course, dedicated to teaching the art of calligraphy, is organized by the City of Penjwen for Learning, in collaboration with the Penjwen Public Library. It is open to both genders and offered free of charge. The lectures are delivered by the experienced calligraphy instructor, Dara Nuri Aziz. Today 28-8-2025 Arduino technology course for electronic projects ended.The course lasted four days and was presented by trainer Alan Karadaghi.

A special seminar on Behavioral Values was organized in collaboration between the Penjwen Learning City and the Gasha Sports Hall, presented by trainer Mohammed Mirani. This seminar was a distinctive activity for children and athletes of the Gasha Sports Hall, aiming to foster and instill values from a behavioral perspective. Special thanks to Mr. Abdullah Omar, coach of the Gasha Hall, for his coordination and organization of this significant educational activity.

On Monday, August 25, 2025, the two-day specialized training course entitled Dignity and Self-Confidence was successfully concluded in Penjwen with strong community participation. The course was delivered by Dr. Mohyedin Mohammedkhani, a member of the Higher Board of the Penjwen Learning City Program, with a particular focus on developing personal dignity and strengthening self-confidence. At the conclusion of the program, certificates of participation were awarded to all attendees. In addition, the Penjwen Learning City Program presented a special plaque of appreciation to Dr. Mohammedkhani in recognition of his dedication and valuable contributions to the course. Today, at the Penjwen Public Library and within the hall of the Penjwen Learning City Program, a four-day Arduino training course commenced, delivered by instructor Alan Qaradakhi. Alan Qaradakhi, founder of the Asan Jiyan brand and recipient of the Young Innovator of the Year 2025 award in the field of science and technology, is training participants on how to design smart projects over four days that can simplify daily life. The course is scheduled daily from 2:00 to 5:00 PM for four days, covering core topics such as: fundamentals of electronic physics, sensor integration, Arduino programming, and mobile application development. The instructor, a physics graduate with four years of teaching experience, was also recognized in 2023 as Iraqs top young achiever in small business and technology. The course will run until August 28, 2025, and is suitable for all levels, with a customized curriculum to ensure continued learning after completion. At the conclusion of the course, participants will be awarded certificates of attendance.
