Honoring the Health Pioneers of the “Penjwen Learning City” Program

On Wednesday, February 18, 2026, during a distinguished and prestigious ceremony attended by senior administrative and security officials, recognition was paid to a group of volunteer trainers and activists who have played a fundamental and impactful role in the Health Sector of the “Penjwen Learning City” program.
The ceremony was held under the supervision of Mr. Adnan Kaka Rash, District Governor of Penjwen District and Chairman of the High Board of the program, alongside the attendance of the Security Director of Penjwen, the Director of the Sub-district of Nalpariz, and a number of local government officials of the district.
🎖️ Awards and Recognition
During the main segment of the ceremony, plaques of appreciation and gratitude were presented to:
👤 Mr. Luqman Latif — Supervisor of the Health Board of the program,
👥 Volunteer Trainers — those who, without expecting any reward, dedicated their time, knowledge, and efforts to the community. Through their awareness campaigns, they have rendered invaluable and meaningful service to the residents of Penjwen District and its surrounding areas.
