On Wednesday, February 18, 2026, during a distinguished and prestigious ceremony attended by senior administrative and security officials, recognition was paid to a group of volunteer trainers and activists who have played a fundamental and impactful role in the Health Sector of the “Penjwen Learning City” program.
The ceremony was held under the supervision of Mr. Adnan Kaka Rash, District Governor of Penjwen District and Chairman of the High Board of the program, alongside the attendance of the Security Director of Penjwen, the Director of the Sub-district of Nalpariz, and a number of local government officials of the district.

This event is part of the ongoing efforts of the “Penjwen Learning City” program — a program whose core objective is to transform Penjwen District into a significant center of education, enlightenment, and intellectual advancement in the Kurdistan Region.
