Penjwen Public Library - City of Learning Program Hall in Penjwen

In a new step toward improving service quality, several volunteers from our program received their TOT (Training of Trainers) certificates.

This specialized course was delivered by international trainer Mr. Mohammed Mirani, aimed at developing volunteers’ skills and competencies across all areas.

Participants gained the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and expertise in training and education, which will positively impact the quality of services provided through Penjwen Learning City program.

At the conclusion of the event, a special plaque of appreciation was presented to Mr. Mirani in recognition of his tireless efforts and effective role in making this valuable course a success.
