As part of the artistic activities of the Penjwen Learning City program, a one-month special course on learning to play the daf was successfully concluded, providing an important opportunity for the city’s residents.

The course was conducted in two sections:

Women’s section from 9:00 – 10:30 a.m., under the supervision of Ms. Taban Osman.

Men’s section from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m., under the supervision of Mr. Hawkar Omar.

The training was held twice a week (Sundays and Wednesdays).

At the end of the course, Penjwen Learning City presented certificates of appreciation to the instructors, while all participants received certificates of attendance.

The Penjwen Learning City program regards such activities as vital steps toward reviving classical traditional arts and passing them on to the new generation.
