October 9, 2025 Today, Thursday, as part of the professional men's tailoring training course, a special seminar titled "People are Helpers, Not Burdens" was presented at the Penjwen Education Hall on the second floor of the Penjwen Public Library. Mr. Kamal Banawasuteii, as the presenter of this seminar, discussed the importance of human education and personality development, emphasizing that true capital lies in cooperation and helping people, not in creating burdens for society and others. This activity is part of the ongoing educational and personality development program that is continuously offered to the citizens of Penjwen.

Pengwin As part of the Pengwin City for Learning program, a special workshop on applied artificial intelligence and its educational applications was organized on Saturday, 4 October 2025. The workshop ran from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with significant participation from teachers, students, and professionals. Participants received hands-on training on how to use AI tools to facilitate their daily tasks. Throughout the workshop, attendees gained skills in quickly preparing lesson plans and providing personalized guidance to students using AI-powered applications. The workshop was led by Alan Qaradagh, a technology expert with both national and international recognition, who shared his expertise and practical experience with participants. This activity is part of the ongoing efforts of the Pengwin City for Learning initiative to enhance citizens competencies in utilizing modern technology.

As part of the efforts to elevate the literary and cultural standing of Penjwen City of Learning, a special conference was convened today, Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 4:00 PM in the Public Library of Penjwen, to commemorate the Kurdish poet and politician Hama Amin Penjweni. This literary event, hosted on the second floor of the Public Library in the Penjwen City of Learning Hall, was attended by a large number of literature enthusiasts and cultural figures of the city, and concluded with notable success. The conference featured the recitation of a selection of poems from the works of Mr. (Hama Amin Penjweni), giving attendees a valuable opportunity to become closely acquainted with the beauty of this distinguished Kurdish poets literary creations. A distinguished highlight of the gathering was the participation of Dr. (Bahman Tahir Nariman), a specialist in Kurdish language, who delivered an in-depth and scholarly analysis of the content and stylistic features of Mr. (Hama Amin Penjweni)s writings. His academic insights shed new light on the poets works, reaffirming their importance and high status within Kurdish literature. This conference is regarded as an important step in promoting literary education and cultural enlightenment among the youth and literature lovers of Penjwen City, as the large turnout reflected a strong desire to sustain and further develop literary activities in the area.

On Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM, Professor Dr. Nahla Mohammed Saeed delivered a special seminar entitled:"The Smart Learning Revolution: How Artificial Intelligence is Reshaping Education?"The event took place in the Penjwen Learning City hall at the Penjwen Public Library.The seminar was open to teachers, educational supervisors, professionals in the education sector, as well as researchers and interested individuals.It explored the transformations brought about by artificial intelligence in the field of education and its influence on teaching and learning methods.

As part of the Learning City Continuing Education Program, two special seminars entitled "How to Make Our Lives Meaningful?" They were held in Penjwen. These important seminars were presented by Prof. Dr. Abdulfattah Hawrami, who explained the topic in a beautiful and interesting way to the participants with his extensive expertise and experience. These seminars were part of the educational programs of Penjwen City of Learning, which aims to develop the personal and social skills of citizens. The article "How to Make Our Lives Meaningful?" Penjwen City of Learning program organized a special and important seminar on (Artificial Intelligence) that was organized especially for religious teachers of the town. - Presenter: Prof. Dr. Mohammadkhani - Topic: Artificial intelligence and its interactions and effects in religious discourse and messages. On Thursday, 8-5-2025, a seminar for religious teachers entitled "From the pulpit to society, an educational and social perspective" was held in Penjwen township. This activity was presented by Mr. Dr. Mohammadkhani with the participation of a number of religious teachers of the town. The objectives of this seminar were: - The role of religious teachers in educating society. - Connecting religion with the social needs of the times. - Teachers' ways to cope with and be aware of the developments of the times, especially the benefits and problems of artificial intelligence today.

Today, in a special ceremony, Penjwen City of Learning Program presented an award to Mr. Bandand Baqi Osman for his great victory in the International MMA Championship. This Kurdish athlete has been able to show a high level in the international arena and has raised the name of Kurdistan at the world level. Bandib Baqi's victory has been a source of pride for the entire Kurdish people.

Today on 27-2-2025, a seminar entitled "How to overcome stress" was held in Penjwen Hall of Learning City. This seminar was presented by Rangin Nuri, a psychologist and trainer. The seminar focused on new ways to recognize the sources of stress and how to manage it in everyday life. Rangin Nuri talked about the importance of slowdown actions and breathing techniques as the main mechanism for reducing stress. Participants actively participated in the discussions and asked various questions about the topic. Finally, an intensive discussion took place between the attendees and the instructor in which personal experiences and approaches were shared. In the continuation of the activities of Penjwen City of Learning program, today on 20-2-2025, held an important workshop on the impact and importance of artificial intelligence in our future lives. The workshop was presented by Professor Dr. Nahla Mohammed Saeed, a lecturer and researcher at the Kurdistan Board for Strategic Studies and Scientific Research. New seminar for young motorcyclists in Penjwen Within the framework of the program "Penjwen is a city of learning", a seminar entitled "A new era for motorcyclists of Penjwen" was presented by Dr. Mohammadkhani in the presence of young people of Penjwen and different regions of Kurdistan. This important seminar, aimed at raising the awareness of young motorcyclists, covered a number of important issues on maintaining safety and how to use motorcycles properly in the city. The move is part of the city’s efforts to create an urban culture among young motorcyclists.
