Today on 7- 11 - 2024 in the presence of Mr. (Heman Ibrahim) Acting Governor of Penjwen District and a delegation consisting of a number of members of the supervisors of Penjwen City of Learning program visited Mr. Dr. Heval Abubakr Governor of Sulaimani. In order to obtain the support of the Governor of Sulaimani to try to make Penjwen a member of the UNESCO World Network of Learning Cities in the future. During the meeting, the latest efforts to register Penjwen as a city of learning in UNESCO were discussed, as well as the city's participation in the annual UNESCO conference for cities of learning in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, which is scheduled to be held in the near future. Finally, the Governor of Sulaimani expressed his full support and appreciation for the project.

A delegation representing Penjwen City of Learning program visited the Presidency of Sulaimani University to congratulate the students on obtaining the first place in Iraqi universities. With a bouquet of flowers, they presented a congratulatory message to Mr. (Professor Dr. Kosar Mohammed) Rector of the University. The following is the text of the congratulations: Penjwen City of Learning Program congratulates the President and all teachers, employees and students of Sulaimani University, on obtaining the first place in the ranking of Iraqi universities according to the British Times Higher Education. This victory is a great and historic achievement for Sulaimani in particular and the Kurdistan Region in general. I wish more success to Sulaimani University.

On 2-10-2024 a special and important seminar was held by Mr. (Gashtiar Gharib) founder of Shadman Entrepreneurship Project, which lasted (2 hours) in which the emphasis on decision making and the types and methods of correct decision making were discussed. On behalf of Penjwen City of Learning Program, we would like to thank Mr. (Gashtiar Gharib) for his time devoted to the project and the students.

Penjwen City of Learning program conducted a seminar for children and adolescents, for Mr. (Hataw Aziz), in this seminar children were informed about the excessive use of electronic games and its harms and also several mental games were conducted and gave special benefits to children Thank you very much to Mr. Hataw Aziz for presenting the seminar.

3-9-2024 A special seminar entitled (Youth and Opportunities) was held by Mr. (Dr. Mohammad Khani) in the presence of a number of women and youth of Penjwen township

On 21-8-2024 a seminar entitled (How to become a productive person in society) was presented by (Prof. Abdulfattah Hawrami). This seminar discussed the different stages of development and responsibility of the individual in his life and then the impact in society. During the seminar, a bright child attracted the attention of the audience with his participation and beautiful words, therefore he was awarded an award by the Penjwen City of Learning program as an incentive.

Women's important position and role is the reason for their attention by the Penjwen City of Learning program, in this regard, on 6-8-2024 in Penjwen Public Library an important seminar was organized for Mr. (Dr. Mohammadkhani) under the title (Motherhood Art and Women's Role in Society).

Today on 6-8-2024 by part of the board of supervisors of Penjwen Learning City Program shield of gratitude and honor and continuity was awarded to Mr. (Zana Rahman Rahim) former Governor of Penjwen and General Supervisor of Penjwen Learning City Program. At the same time, he was asked to continue working in the program and he was pleased to assure the senior board of the program that they will continue to work in the Penjwen City of Learning program to the best of their ability.

On 5-8-2024, the High Board of Penjwen City of Learning Program visited Penjwen Governor's Office to congratulate Mr. Hemn Ibrahim on his appointment as Acting Governor of Penjwen Finally, the members of the program thanked the new governor for his welcome and welcome, while Mr. Hemn Ibrahim promised that they will do their best to cooperate and coordinate the project of the learning city program

On 24-7-2024, an important educational seminar entitled "Education in the present era" was presented by Trifa Jalal Salih. The seminar was held in the presence of a significant number of women and residents of Penjwen, who enthusiastically welcomed this important issue. During the seminar, Teacher Trifa Jalal spoke about the latest methods of education and the importance of adapting them to the times, with practical guidance for the participants on how to deal with the challenges of contemporary education.

On an evening full of knowledge, the spacious room of the Penjwen Public Library was filled with willing women who aimed to learn the secrets of child rearing. This was on 10-6-2024 in a seminar presented by Dr. Mohammadkhani, an expert in the field of education, entitled "Parenthood and Education" In a scientific and effective manner, Dr. Mohammadkhani spoke about the main pillars of successful education and highlighted the unique role of mothers in creating a balanced and capable generation. On 10-6-2024, Penjwen City of Learning Program hosted a seminar entitled "The Art of Motherhood" presented by Dr. Mohammadkhani at Penjwen Public Library. This seminar, which was addressed to women living in Penjwen, highlighted several important aspects related to the role of mothers in raising children and the importance of learning motherhood arts. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions and comments directly with the presenter and benefit from Dr. Mohammadkhani's experience and knowledge. This activity is part of a series of seminars and activities that Penjwen City of Learning program offers in order to raise social and educational awareness in the region.

Today on 3- 6-2024 Mr. Jamal Jalal Mahmoud Penjweni, during a visit to Penjwen township as a national capitalist, announced several important projects in Penjwen, namely: 1. Construction of a crossing bridge for students of Kani Goej and Nawshakhan neighborhoods 2. Creating a logo as the identity of Penjwen at the city gate 3. Renovation and expansion of the emergency department at the general hospital 4. Supporting the program "Penjwen City of Learning" 5. He decided to build a school in the future. He has also decided to double-side the gate of Penjwen. The main goal is to unite all capabilities to make Penjwen one of the leading districts in the Kurdistan Region in the field of education and services, as it is now in the social, cultural and cultural fields.

On 30-4-2024, within the framework of the activities of Penjwen City of Learning program and under the supervision of Mr. (Hiwa Mohammed Rostam) supervisor of the campaign to make reading a culture, a seminar on reading books was held for a number of women. In the seminar, it was pointed out that women should continue to read as part of their daily work and try to make reading a culture in their lives.
