Within the framework of its ongoing programs and activities, today Monday, May 19, 2025, Penjwen City of Learning program launched a new course for women entitled "Physical and Mental Skills" The course is presented by Berivan Jamal Hama Saeed and is dedicated to developing women's physical and mental abilities, in an effort to strengthen public health and improve their standard of living. The course is expected to cover a range of physical and mental health topics that will help participants learn new ways to maintain health and how to deal with stress. This activity is part of the ongoing activities of the Penjwen City of Learning program, which focuses on developing the skills of individuals in the community.
